Acceptable Use Policy

Sending unsolicited bulk email, operating open mail relays, or hosting sites promoted through spam is not allowed.

Hosting, distributing or running viruses, ransomware, botnets, cryptominers without permission, or any other malicious software is prohibited.

Pages that impersonate other organisations or try to collect credentials, payment details or personal data by deception are prohibited.

You must not host or distribute content that infringes copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights. We respond to valid infringement notices.

Content or activity that is illegal under Indian law, or the law that applies to you, is prohibited. This includes child sexual abuse material, which will be reported to the authorities.

Denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, packet flooding, IP spoofing and any attempt to disrupt other networks or services are prohibited.

Shared hosting resources must be used fairly. Processes that use too much CPU, memory, disk activity or connections, and harm other customers, may be limited or stopped.

Trying to gain unauthorised access to any system, account or data, including other customers' accounts or our infrastructure, is prohibited.

Using services for public proxies, IRC bots, file-sharing of illegal content, or anything that puts server stability or reputation at risk is not allowed.

We may suspend or terminate services that break this policy, with or without notice depending on how serious the breach is. Report abuse to support@gspacetechnologies.in.
