You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt, gain unauthorised access to, or misuse the website or its systems.

Each order forms an agreement for the service and term you select. Plan features, resources and prices are as described at the time of order. We may update plans for future terms with reasonable notice.

You must provide accurate, complete and current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into a contract.

• Keeping your websites, applications and scripts secure and up to date.
• Maintaining your own backups of your data.
• Complying with our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Ensuring you have the rights to any content you host.

Services are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle. Unless cancelled before the due date, services renew for the same term at the then-current price. Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension and eventual termination of the service. Prices are subject to applicable taxes.

Domain registrations are subject to the rules of the relevant registry and registrar. You are responsible for renewing domains before expiry. Expired domains may enter grace or redemption periods with extra fees, or may be released and lost. Registration fees are generally non-refundable once processed.

We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, security risks, or where required by law. Where reasonable, we will give notice first. You may cancel a service at any time through the client area, subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Spam, malware, phishing, illegal content, copyright infringement, network attacks and resource abuse are prohibited. Full details are in our Acceptable Use Policy.

The Hosto9 name, logo and website content belong to us or our licensors. You keep ownership of the content you host with us and grant us only the rights needed to provide the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of data, profits or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the three months before the claim.

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power or network failures, third-party provider outages, government actions or civil unrest.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Please contact us first at support@gspacetechnologies.in so we can try to resolve any issue informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
